Senator HARRADINE(12.16 a.m.) —I am in a difficult situation because the Classification of Publications Regulations deal with two different aspects of the position. They deal with specific aspects relating to the control of restricted areas. Now that the Australian Capital Territory ordinance has not been disallowed, I do not wish to proceed with that. I would have liked to proceed with disallowance of the other aspect but, of course, I cannot have my cake and eat it too. I seek leave to withdraw Business of the Senate notice of motion no. 4 standing in my name.

Leave granted.
