Ms MACKLIN (JagajagaMinister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and Minister for Disability Reform) (17:06): As the minister responsible, I will take that question on behalf of all of my colleagues. One thing I can guarantee the member for Mayo is each and every one of the members of the executive knows exactly what their responsibilities are, unlike those opposite, who cannot even be bothered to turn up to ask questions about a very significant part of this year's budget, which has at its heart the creation of DisabilityCare. Each and every one of us understands what our responsibilities are.

Mr Briggs: On a point of order as to relevance, Mr Deputy Speaker: I asked the minister for community services a very direct question. It is very easy for her to answer the question. Yes or no, has she received her charter letter? It is an important issue.

The DEPUTY SPEAKER: The question is that the proposed expenditure be agreed to.
