Mrs DE-ANNE KELLY (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Transport and Regional Services and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Trade) (1:20 PM) —I repeat that the government does support the timely provision of information about persons in custody to aircraft operators, and the government continues to work with key stakeholders to develop a robust framework for the carriage of persons in custody. However, specific details such as this will be housed under the regulations. The Aviation Transport Security Bill is designed to act as an overall framework for aviation security outcomes.
