Mr LATHAM (9:05 AM) —Mr Speaker, on indulgence, given the high level of public interest in this matter, and the interest of honourable members, can I clarify a couple of matters? The first is: are you confirming that the area for lawful demonstration—so described—will be the grassed area that slopes down towards Old Parliament House, between new Parliament House and Old Parliament House? The second matter is whether the tight security arrangements outlined apply just for the 23rd, the day of the address by President George W. Bush. The third matter to clarify, for the benefit of honourable members—and as someone who has a self-drive vehicle—is parking. Does that mean we need to be parked by 9 a.m. on the 23rd?
