Mr CREAN (Leader of the Opposition) (3:37 AM) —Mr Speaker, I wish to make a personal explanation.

The SPEAKER —Does the Leader of the Opposition claim to have been misrepresented?

Mr CREAN —Yes.

The SPEAKER —Please proceed.

Mr CREAN —I was misrepresented by the Minister for Trade in his final answer, in which he said that I was alleging that public servants had set out to damage an Australian company. I made no such allegation. I asked how the minister could justify public officials being instructed to do that very thing.

The SPEAKER —The Leader of the Opposition has indicated where he has been misrepresented.
