Mr MARTIN FERGUSON (11:00 AM) —On that basis, may I assume that, should there be a challenge by members of the federal judiciary, the government would seek to rectify any decision by the High Court that members of the federal judiciary were not subject to the tax by bringing in legislation to guarantee that they would pay the tax if the High Court ruled accordingly and therefore were immediately required to pay their taxes like the rest of the Australian community.
