Mr PORTER —I wish to make a personal explanation.

Madam SPEAKER —Does the honourable member claim to have been misrepresented?

Mr PORTER —I do.

Madam SPEAKER —The honourable member may proceed.

Mr PORTER —During the recess, on Sunday 12 April, I addressed a health seminar in Sydney and some of the media reports, including both radio news reports of that day and newspaper reports the next morning, suggested that my speech was the launch of the Opposition's health policy. I wish to make it clear that my speech merely puts some figures to our existing commitments in the health field and our detailed health policy will be released at a later date.
