Mr HAWKE (Prime Minister) —I inform the House as a matter of courtesy that the Treasurer (Mr Keating) is absent today from Question Time. He is unwell. Any questions which would normally be addressed to the Treasurer should be directed to the Minister for Community Services (Mr Hurford). The Minister for Immigration and Ethnic Affairs (Mr Young) is absent today from Question Time. The Minister for Community Services will also respond to his questions. The Minister for Primary Industry (Mr Kerin) is also away on Government business.

Opposition members interjecting-


Mr HAWKE —Enough are here to deal with honourable members opposite. Questions normally directed to the Minister for Primary Industry or to the Minister for Trade (Mr Dawkins) should be addressed to the Minister for Transport and Minister for Aviation (Mr Peter Morris). The Minister for Territories (Mr Scholes) will not be here for Question Time and questions to him should be addressed to the Minister for Communications (Mr Duffy).


Mr Porter —Will he be coming back?
