Mr REITH —Is the Prime Minister aware that since his Government came to office in 1983, government overseas debt has risen from the equivalent of $905 to $2,330 for every man, woman and child in Australia? Does he believe that as a consequence Australians are better off in this respect than they were 3 1/2 years ago?
