(1) notes with grave concern estimates of unemployment produced by the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations;

(2) confirms it worst fears that the newly released figures are consistent with those from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet;

(3) calls on the Government to release full details of employment projections for 1983-84 and 1984-85 to allow community discussion in the development of economic policies; and

(4) condemns the Government for projections of unemployment made at the summit conference which are understated by one per cent, an error of 10 per cent in the total number unemployed.
