Mr CADMAN —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

That this House-

(1) notes with concern the Government's intention to water down the proposed National Crimes Commission;

(2) condemns the Government for being tempted to follow a soft options attitude to organised crime; and

(3) is of the opinion that Government should live up to the expectation of the Australian community, and deal with the pervading and abominable blight of criminal corruption, using each and all of its powers.
