Dr KLUGMAN —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

That this House notes with concern that the honourable member for Bennelong is prepared to associate himself with some of the stupid motions of the honourable member for Denison.

Mr Hodgman-Mr Speaker, on a point of order, God and the Queen and the Letters Patent are not stupid matters. I ask you to rule the honourable member's notice of motion out of order as being frivolous.


Mr SPEAKER —Order! That is not a point of order. I will examine the question of whether the honourable member's notice is frivolous.
