Mr McVEIGH —I wish to make a personal explanation.

Mr SPEAKER —Does the honourable gentleman claim to have been misrepresented?

Mr McVEIGH —Yes, Mr Speaker.

Mr SPEAKER —I call the honourable member.

Mr McVEIGH —In Question Time today in a dorothy dixer from the honourable member for Gray (Mr O'Neil) to the Minister for Primary Industry (Mr Kerin) about the Port Lincoln meatworks the Minister talked about the presentation of an award for the Beaut Butcher. I find some difficulty in noticing the correlation between the question asked and the answer given. In that long-winded, circuitous answer, the Minister condemned the National Party of Australia and its members for not being present at the presentation. I want to say this: Indicative of the Minister's inability to make up his mind about anything, the venue was changed.
