Dr KLUGMAN —Mr Speaker, I wish to make a personal explanation.

Mr SPEAKER —Does the honourable member claim to have been misrepresented?

Dr KLUGMAN —I do, Mr Speaker.

Mr SPEAKER —I call the honourable member for Prospect.

Mr SPEAKER —I thank the honourable member for his brief explanation.
