Mr CARLTON(2.24 a.m.) —I draw the attention of the House to the fact that clause 74 enables the Minister to increase the size of the Health Insurance Commission to seven in addition to its Chairman and General Manager. This is consistent with the expansion of the public sector and is an expansion of the Commission itself. It is indicative of the trend of this legislation.
