Will he provide an analysis of prosecutions for Federal award breaches in each State for each of the years 1980 to 1982.

Comparison of the detail herein with that published in this regard in successive annual reports of the former Industrial Relations Bureau discloses a disparity in respect of Queensland. Appendix D of the Bureau's Annual Report for 1980-81 shows an incorrect figure of sixteen breaches prosecuted in Queensland. The number of breaches prosecuted in that State during that year was nine.

The term Orders used herein means orders for payments to be made to the employees concerned.
