Schedule 1 — Amendment of the Independent Contractors Act 2006

1  At the end of paragraph 7(2)(b)

Add:

                            (iii)  the Owner Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) Act 2007 of Western Australia;

                            (iv)  any instrument made under a provision of a law referred to in subparagraph (i), (ii) or (iii); or
