Schedule 4 — Delegation

   

Fisheries Administration Act 1991

1  After paragraph 92(3)(e)

Insert:

                 or (f)  a primary stakeholder in a fishery under a co-management arrangement for the fishery;

2  Paragraph 93(1)(e)

Omit “ 1984 ; or”, substitute “ 1984 ;”.

3  Paragraph 93(1)(f)

Repeal the paragraph.
