Senator COTTON (New South Wales) - I speak now only for the purpose of trying to get total clarification. We have the Minister's amendment, which has been moved. The Minister will know that we have an amendment, No. 3, which will logically follow when he has disposed of his own amendment No. 3.I am saying to him now that our amendment No. 4 can be discarded because the Minister in his amendment, which will be dealt with after this one, has picked it up. After the Government's amendment has been dealt with I will move our amendment No. 3 to cover the whole situation.

Amendment agreed to.
