Senator GIBSON (VICTORIA) - I ask you, Mr. President, whether, in view of the grave danger to persons who have to leave this building during the hours of darkness, you will co-operate with the Speaker of the House of Representatives and issue an instruction that shaded lights shall be placed over the exits, especially at the front of the building, in order that the steps leading to and from the interior may be clearly visible?
