Senator E B JOHNSTON (Western Australia) . - I ask why the basis of taxation on a " walk-in walk-out " sale of a pastoral property, or farming property with stock, is being altered as is proposed in this clause? It will operate only when the whole property is sold, but I am informed that the alteration will be to the detriment of graziers and farmers who, generally, are opposed to it.
