Senator BADMAN (South Australia) . - It would be an advantage to extend the date to the 15th December, because there are many late districts in which hay-cutting has not yet been completed. In such districts, the producers will not be able to claim the subsidy. The date fixed is too early. I do not think that it would make any difference to the Government if the time were extended.
