Mr HOWARD (Bennelong) (Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs) - Let me just tell the honourable member for Chifley (Mr Armitage) 2 things on the question of public inquiries. Firstly, it is purely at the discretion of the Prices Justification Tribunal whether an inquiry shall be held in public. There is no question, the discretion is in the hands of the Tribunal. It can only consider not holding an inquiry in public if all the parties involved make such a request. It is still ultimately -
