The CHAIRMAN - Order! I think that the honourable member for Kennedy, having made a statement claiming misrepresentation and having said that the statement of the honourable member for Wills was not correct, has now explained the misrepresentation. If the honourable member for Kennedy desires to go into the matter any further he should speak to the clause before the Committee. The matter to which he is now alluding is more a comment on the subject matter of this debate than a personal explanation. ,

Mr KATTER - I do not want to hold up the proceedings of the Committee, Mr Chairman. I accept your ruling. I know that the honourable member for Wills could not possibly have been serious in making that statement.
