Mr SPEAKER -The honourable member may proceed.

Mr WEBB - Mr Speaker, you will remember that yesterday when the honourable member for Bennelong (Sir John Cramer) asked a question I raised the point that it was covered by Question No. 1119 on the notice paper. This report appears in the Press this morning in the column written by Mungo Maccallum:

Sir JohnCramer . . . threw one up to the Minister for Education and Science, Mr Bowen, and Mr C. H. Webb (A.L.P., W.A.) said he was bloody sure this one was on notice because he'd put it there himself.

I never used the word bloody because it is unparliamentary. It is a word I never bally well use.
