Mr WHITLAM (WERRIWA, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Prime Minister: In view of the recommendation by the Liberal Party Federal Council yesterday that the Federal Government should reduce the voting age and the age for marrying without parental consent from 21 years to 18 years, will the right honourable gentleman's Government allow my Adulthood Bill which was partly debated last Thursday to come to a vote in this House?
