Mr Allan Fraser (EDEN-MONARO, NEW SOUTH WALES) - My question to the Prime Minister is based on a communication from a person named Santamaria in which he says: 'You never know what the man will do next.' I ask the Prime Minister: Can he give the House a specific assurance that he has resisted the blandishments of any persuasive visitors to recognise Red China? Does the return of the Minister for External Affairs indicate that after comparing the prospects of two tottering regimes he has decided, for the present, not to join Sihanouk?
