Mr CURTIN (KINGSFORD-SMITH, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Minister for the Army a question. In view of the proposed move by the Government to abolish National Service training, which will mean that the Army will have no further use for the Long Bay rifle range, will the Minister advise me whether the Government intends to turn the range over to the Randwick Municipal Council so that it may carry out a plan put forward by several of its aldermen to subdivide the range into building blocks for a municipal housing scheme?
