Mr TURNER - Since all mail, where speedy air services are available, is now to travel by air, does the Postmaster-General anticipate that the volume of Christmas cards travelling by air may cause disorganization and delay in the delivery of urgent business and other letters? Has he looked into this position and can he give any assurance to the business community that this will not happen?
