Mr MENZIES - 1 am sorry, but I am not aware of any announcement having been made on these matters. I read, of course, from day to day, speculative stories.

Mr Crean - More than speculative.

Mr MENZIES - Are they? Then the honorable member has the advantage of me. I suffer from the disability of being Prime Minister and of having been in on all the discussions, and I know that no announcement has been made at all.

Mr Crean - You have suffered too long.

Mr MENZIES - Oh, I know that, but you do not seem to do anything about it.
