Mr FAIRHALL (PATERSON, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for the Interior) - As the honorable gentleman and the House, 1 am sure, well know, the Government will base its civil defence plans on the appreciation of the Defence Committee. I think it would be quite an odd circumstance if that document were to be published in the House. However, I think that the question which the honorable member has in his mind will be answered in due course.
