Mr NELSON (NORTHERN TERRITORY, NORTHERN TERRITORY) - Can the Minister for the Interior, as the Minister responsible for the control of the war graves, inform me when the war graves cemetery at Adelaide River, some 70-odd miles south of Darwin, will be dedicated? If a date has not yet been fixed for the ceremony, will the Minister consider holding it on the next anniversary of the bombing of Darwin, and will he extend to the relatives of those men who lie buried there an invitation to attend the service? 1 ask that the occasion be made a fitting one, as this war cemetery is certainly the largest, if not the only one, on the Australian mainland where servicemen and civilians who made the supreme sacrifice in defending the shores of Australia are interred.
