Mr CHIFLEY - I am always very sceptical about any opinion expressed by Professor Bland. Some of his opinions, even apart from the one referred to, are much outmoded. The Government has decided, asI am sure any government would, that those men between the ages of 18 and 21, who were on active service, shall be given theright to vote. The other matter mentioned by the honorable member may be regarded as a subject for debate, but debate is not proper in answer to a. question.
