Mr RUSSELL (GREY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - In view of the fact that the Delamere, a steamer built at the Whyalla Shipyards, and which incidently - as is the case of all other ships built there - is a credit to the workers and to all concerned in the industry at the modern shipyards established at Whyalla, irrespective of the fact that members of the Opposition desire to see ship-building cease in Australia for some reason best known to themselves--
