Mr CURTIN (Fremantle) (Prime Minister) . - If I were to take seriously the substance of many of the observations passed on this subject from the Opposition side, I should find first that it is utterly wrong for the Allied Works Council to grab labour and send it to these important works in north Australia for the defence of the Commonwealth.
