Mr JOHNSON (KALGOORLIE, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - In view of the business depression which has descended on towns on the north-west coast of Western Australia because of the war with Japan, and as the Debtors' Relief Regulations do not cover all cases of hardship, will the Minister for the Army, who. last week gave an undertaking to the honorable member for Kennedy (Mr. Riordan) that consideration would be given to any case made out on behalf of the business community of Cairns for the proclamation of a moratorium, give a similar undertaking with regard to towns on the northwest coast of Western Australia?
