Mr CASEY (Corio) (Treasurer) . - I move -

That at the end of sub-clause ( 1 ) the following words be added: - " and ' price ' when used in relation to wheat, means value for export.".

This amendment is needed to clarify the position. At present the sub-clause refers to the price of wheat a bushel f.o.r. at Williamstown. Naturally, it is meant to apply to wheat for export, but it is possible, I understand, for there to be wheat for home consumption f.o.r. Williamstown. The same amendment will be necessary in the other three relevant bills.
