Mr KILLEN (RIVERINA, NEW SOUTH WALES) - In view of the fact that a large number of telephone subscribers in country districts cannot afford to pay the present charges, and are contemplating the disconnexion of their telephones, will the Postmaster-General consider the advisability of making a substantial reduction of the rates?
