Mr KELLY (WENTWORTH, NEW SOUTH WALES) - With a view to allaying the feeling engendered in Sydney in connexion with the proposal to establish hospitals for consumptive soldiers on the seaboard, will the Assistant Minister for Defence inform the House whether it is a fact that the Acting Minister for Defence has now arranged for the creation of a special committee of advice, two members of the committee to be nominated by the British Medical Association in Sydney, and the third by the British Medical Association in Melbourne, so that the Department will get the best advice upon this question free of all departmental influence?
