Mr ROBERTS (Adelaide) (Honorary Minister) . - As honorable members know, there, was some slight difficulty in connexion with the supply of the machinery ; but the factory is now working, though not up to what may be termed " concert pitch." So far as I understand, the Minister contemplates that, by the end of February next, the factory will be working to its fullest possible capacity. The appointment of a manager is still under consideration.

Mr Riley - When will the factory be officially opened?

Mr ROBERTS - I have no knowledge of any official opening ; but no doubt honorable members will be given an opportunity to attend any such ceremony.
