207 MR FLETCHER: To ask the Special Minister of State for the Public Service and Integrity—In respect of the Advisory Group on Reform of Australian Government Administration’s report Ahead of the game: Blueprint for the reform of Australian Government administration (March 2010, page 44), has the Policy Implementation Network been formed; if so, has it met to consider lessons learned from the Home Insulation Program, the Green Loans Program and the Building the Education Revolution program; if so, what was the outcome.
208 MR VAN MANEN: To ask the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship—In respect of the Government’s decision to drop thousands of cardholders from the APEC Business Travel Card Scheme without consultation, (a) on what date was this decision made, (b) why was this decision made, and (c) what will the Government do to help small to medium sized business owners adversely affected by this decision, for example, those incurring costs from time spent organising visas and facing potential layoffs due to an inability to sustain certain business activities.
