PRIVILEGES—STANDING COMMITTEE—151ST REPORT

The Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee of Privileges (Senator Faulkner) tabled the following report:

 Privileges—Standing Committee—151st report—Possible imposition of a penalty on, or interference with, a witness before the Rural Affairs and Transport References Committee, dated March 2012.

Report ordered to be printed on the motion of Senator Faulkner.

Senator Faulkner, by leave, moved—That the Senate endorse the findings at paragraph 1.73 of the 151st report of the Committee of Privileges and the conclusion, at paragraph 1.74, that a contempt should not be found in regard to the matter referred.
