HEALTH INSURANCE (ELIGIBLE COLLECTION CENTRES) APPROVAL PRINCIPLES 2010—PROPOSED DISALLOWANCE

The Leader of the Opposition in the Senate (Senator Abetz), at the request of Senator Fierravanti-Wells and pursuant to notice, moved business of the Senate notice of motion no. 1—That the Health Insurance (Eligible Collection Centres) Approval Principles 2010, made under subsection 23DNBA(4) of the Health Insurance Act 1973, be disallowed.
