I know the whole chamber is looking forward to hearing from other senators on this. Senator Birmingham, I am shocked but pleased by the sensible approach that you are taking on this. I am interested in why you do not think these amendments are enough. I think they are pretty direct and straightforward, and they confirm what we stated upfront was always the intention. I am interested if you would like to tell me—and I am quite serious when I say this—why they are deficient. Do you intend to assist in that for a moment?
