Senator CONROY (Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy and Minister Assisting the Prime Minister on Digital Productivity) (8:17 PM) —Without trying to sound circular, the ACCC considers those things in deciding about the undertaking. There is not actually an undertaking at the moment, so there is nothing that we can discuss concretely to try to facilitate the discussion, which I am sure is what you are trying to do.
