Senator CARR (Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research) (11:30 AM) —The government will not be supporting these amendments. The first relates to the question of further relocation concessions. The advice I have been given is that the cost to the bill of acceptance of that measure will be $815 million. We are not accepting that. The second is the question of further concessions on the independence criteria. The advice I have been given is that the cost to the bill would be $1.7 billion.
