I am the last one to throw stones in that respect, as I come to this bill! I understand Mr Emerson was conducting consultations in relation to the government response into the Senate inquiry into unconscionable conduct. I think it is a view that was best picked up in that context rather than in the context of this bill, so I think it is part of that process of Mr Emerson’s consultations that that policy decision was taken by government.
