Senator FIELDING (Leader of the Family First Party) (9:43 PM) —To follow up on that, I have had the same representations and I am concerned that the government has not addressed the question of why it thinks independent contractors do not want what they have actually asked for. Would the government put forward its case on why independent contractors associations say one thing and then the government says it is going to protect them. How do you reconcile the two?
