Will that audit rely, for instance, on information provided by the Victorian government or instrumentalities, or will it be an independent process having access to sources of information directly? What sanctions are involved if the water savings that have been asserted by the Victorian government are not there, and can there be confirmation that this process is very much after the event—after the project has been completed—or that the water is actually flowing out of the pipeline?
