Senator SIEWERT (8:11 PM) —I did warn you that I may have another question if the answer needs clarifying. The reason I am asking this is that previously WEA did not seem to be that accountable to government. I am sure wheat growers would like to know that there is going to be a guarantee the minister will keep an eye on what is going on and take appropriate action. Last time, as you are aware, that did not seem to be the case.
